Hello world!

Welcome to our blog! Although we have been catering for a long time this is our first attempt at blogging. With that said, we are asking for your help.

Do you like the site?

What can we do to improve it?

What subjects would you like the blog to focus on?

We are here to offer advice to assist all, although we are Philadelphia Area Caterers, we welcome anyone that needs help to ask !

With Rain dominating the Philadelphia Area Outdoor Wedding Scene this spring and summer we are reminded that not only is a sprinkle on your wedding day traditionally Good Luck it also makes for a great party!
Guests pull a little tighter together under the tent, dancing get’s a little more energetic, and over heated guests need only to step out side the tent to enjoy Mother Natures Misting Fan.

My advice on a potentiall rainy wedding day is to plan with your caterer for all contingencies , then enjoy the experience without worrying too much about the weather. As I write this, I just spoke with this weeks clients about our A plan , B plan and a C plan for their wedding at Bartrams Garden on Saturday. We can seamlessly navigate from one to another as the weather changes but I like to review the plan 48 hours from the event so that the couple can feel comfortable with the plan.

Feel free to contribute with your comments , observations and advice to us.

Enjoy the Day!
